Uploading Ancient Wisdom for Contemporary Living: Atisha’s Verses

Jetsunma Tenzin Palmo has often said her pith teaching is Lojong or “mind training.” Although Atisha’s aphorisms were composed a millennium ago, his verses remain applicable in our modern age. Jetsunma’s distinctive, lucid style of teaching is ideally suited to unraveling the beauty of Atisha’s verses and elucidating how they might be pertinent for those of us caught up in a fast-paced existence while struggling to find inner peace in these times.
